Classes are split by level from beginner to advanced and junior, and coaches teach technique and tactics based on the tennis theory of a national champion. 1

The kids class uses orange balls to practise basic shots and rallies, and the next class moves to regular balls for rallies and games. 4

Junior classes let children play point matches against friends from day one, and a competitive group takes players with match experience who can train three or more times weekly. 7
